1Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using the Dormly app or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform. You must be at least 18 years of age to use Dormly.
2The Try & Buy Model
Customers may select up to 3-4 items per trial order. A small non-refundable trial charge is collected upfront. Products must be tried and returned in original condition if not purchased. The actual product cost is charged only upon confirmation of purchase. Any damage to trial products may result in additional charges.

4Store Partner Terms
Store partners must ensure all listed products are accurate and legally compliant. Dormly charges a commission on each successful sale. Partners must comply with the OTP-based dispatch and return system. Non-compliance may result in account suspension.
5Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
